Easiest way is the dealer. Simplest way is the code should be written somewhere on the paperwork of the car by a garage/previous owner etc.
Other ways are code generators available online.. Not sure if they work though. There is also this russian site that you can email and they will give you the code for free; i think they are like a licensed shop/dealer there or something. But not sure how you are with the language.
