S 500
Heat problem

Cold air blow for back passengers when heat is turn on. We have heat in the front but not in the back. What could be the problem?

No problem, it is supposed to be like that;

Rear Passenger Compartment Adjustable Air Outlet
Vehicles without rear passenger compartment climate control.
Slide switch (1) up to open outlet for fresh/cooled air only.
