who has the most miles
hey guys, i was just wondering whats the most amount of miles anyone has put on their S class. i just wanted to know how long the engine usually lasts with good care. we have a W220 but i figured id ask the W140 guys b/c the rest of the W220 guys probably dont have many miles on theirs.

Well, it's not a very good comparison because the W140 and W220 are 2 completely different cars. I have seen a 2000 S430 with just over 100,000 miles on it already and still drove fine.

MY HIGH MILE S320
Hello guys I have a 1996 Mercedes S320 LWB with 162,000 miles and still running like it came off the showroom floor. Just keep the oil changed all the time and maintain it properly and shes great. I love the car so much, I think it One of the last great Quality Mercedes before Chrysler came in and cheapened them up. Talk to you later guys.
