1999 s600 door and trunk not sucking in...HELP

1999 s600 door and trunk not sucking in...HELP
I just recently lost my father and purchased his 1999 s600 140,000 at auction for $2000.00. the doors and trunk all lock and close fine, but they don't suck in as they do on my 1997 s320.... I think therer is an air pump under the back seat and that somtimes fails, or the system could have a leak.. any thoughts on that pump repalcment and tracing or finding the leak. I have already checked the fuse panel in the tunk and replaced the fuse with still no luck... Please help....Thanks
