Battery flat, can't get into trunk HELP!
My w140 S Class has a dead/flat battery and although I have three sets of keys they won't turn the lock in the trunk/boot - I have probably never had to use the key for this purpose. I can't get access to the battery to give it some charge and can't find any other way of bring the car back to life. someone said use a point on the alternator but I'm not too sure. Any help from anyone who has had this problem or knows these cars would be greatly appreciated.

The trunk will unlock/open without the battery/power. You might have to try turning the key and pull up on the lid to help it. It you turn it one way and pull up on the lid and it won't open..then just turn the key the other way and pull the lid up....it's either clockwise or counterclockwise! But it will open! It won't "pop" up....no power..you gotta help it!
