quirk in my 92 sel accelerator.....

Starts up fine, step on the accelerator and no problem....it moves....after a short while....problem...come to a stop or even while driving....when stepping on the accelerator lightly...car won't move...I have to step down about halfway before the car moves! Put the car in neutral...step on the gas pedal and even the Tach won't register until I step on the pedal a bit harder.
I know someone out there has had the same problem or has the same problem! Or is it just my MB?

I think it is the acc control module, it detect synchronization between the movement of acc pad and the movement of the trottle valve. Some says changing the limit switch locate under the acc pad will help, this is correct if the limit switch is defect. However, if the switch is OK then you'll have to work a bit harder on the trottle actuator, I'm sending the link here. I did it myself couple of years back.
