1996 S320 Battery Problem
I believe the battery in my 1996 S320 has developed a bad cell --- after sitting overnight the start needs a boost. If it starts without a boost, the start is dragging and the dashboard lights come on dimly and the red and green lights on the rear view mirror blink on and of for a few seconds. Please let me know if these symptoms indicate something other than a battery problem. If the battery should be replaced, as I have guessed, please let me know what battery brand and specifications are best and how much I should expect topay. Thank you.

go to an auto parts store and have them test out your battery. if its bad they will give you a new battery. the brand doesnt really matter. ive had everything from the dealership installed batteries to the batteries sold at costco. they store energy and start your car.
on the off chance that its your battery and something else, its your alternator. but 98% sure your battery is the only culprit.
