Blower motor or regulator - how to tell?

So the air stopped completely in my mom's S320. The climate control control console works fine, but absolutely no air. I put it in diagnostic a/c mode (I think) by pressing and holding the reset button for seconds. Diagnostic mode #8 is supposed to be related to voltage (again, I think) and is supposed to range between 13 to 60 if changing fan from min to max (I read on a post somehwere). Anyway, mine is 0 and stays at 0 no matter what I do. Also, the other temperatures (diagnostic 1-7) are all wacky. Any thoughts?
