99 S420 "Start Error" on Cluster, will not turn on!
Decided to replace the dash cover as it was looking rough.
Removed and replaced all plugs and switches as it should
be done. Now when I try to start the car the cluster where
the milage reads "start error" The starter kicks in but it will
not fire like a computer will not let it go for some reason.

Anybody had this problem before or know of where to look?
The key is brand new and even had star diagnose used to
re-pair the key with the car.
Please help, I need to move this car!
Also there were two cables, that went from the center arm rest up to the top of the dash
where the factory car phone would be installed. They just sit up there not connected to
anything. Since this car does not have the option, we didnt run those cables up there,
would that cause this problem?
