Windshield Fluid Leaking

IS there a simple fix to this? can the tank be removed and glued with silicone? How hard is it to remove and find the leak on the windshield fluid reservoir? Thanks in advance.

I thought had a leaking washer res but after pulling off the bumper and taking a good look I found that it was the washer pump itself that was leaking. Before removing the tank make sure it is not the pump, gromments or filler neck that is the source of your leak. Good luck with your project.
