Thinking about Purchasing an S320 or S420
I'm seriously considering a purchase of a 1999 S320 or S420 on autotrader. Is there anything in particular I should be cautious about or check out, or verify in regards to this 12 year old car?

I went with the 99 S320 because of gas mileage.It will get 29 mpg on the highway at 70mph.22 mpg around town.
With a few mods I did S 420s are no match for me,as well as Mustang GTs.
Buy your self a transmission dipstick and check and change fluid.You need a round wrench to grip oil filter housing top.
Enjoy.
