Dashboard Idiot Lights Come on and off

I have never heard of a bad engine wiring harness cause this problem, but since you have an M104 engine between the years of 1992-1995, you certainly do have a bad wiring harness and it will need replacement at some point. They cost about $400 and require 2.5 to 3 hours to replace.
My old '92 500SL used to do the same thing. The dealership replaced the stalk that contains the turn signal/high beams and the problem did not go away. They ended up putting a new instrument cluster all together to solve the problem. Needless to say, that was plenty of $$ out of my pocket.. don't let them do the same to you!
The dash lights are still flashing on and off with even greater regularity (every 3-5 minutes now). Car drives normal. It just looks like Las Vegas has possesed the dash warning lights. (kinda cool)
I'll take it in to my mechanic here soon. Car is not our daily driver so its been just sitting with a trickle charger on it for the past 3 months in our garage. But its time to get it straightened out as I am wanting to sellt he car here shortly.
Thanks to all!
