headlights

Just bought a 93' 500 Sel. The low beams will not work. High beams, fogs and parking lights all work. When you flip the switch from dim to bright - the brights work fine but the dims simply will not work. It is not the fuse and it is not the bulbs. any ideas would be great - don't want to get stopped with the brights on in town at night...

I think I know what it is

Hi,
From my experience of installing xenon lights with W140 owners, I think I know what it is. It is the unit that controls the electricity output to the Hi/Lo beam output to the bulb. It is situated outside of the light case unit.
