How do I find info about W140 colors?
Can anyone help me? TIA!
I'm guessing the car you saw was Smoke Silver, kinda browny goldy silver if your know what i mean...smoke says it all i guess

On the road, you can distinguish the earliest W140's by the fact that they have numbers first, then letters (i.e. 300SE) in the designation and 8-hole alloy wheels. In 1994, the designation was reversed on all models (i.e. S320). New 6-spoke polished alloy wheels arrived in 1997. This info pertains to the U.S.
