tailights question

does anyone know if these will fit mt 1993 500 SEL?

I think it would. The W140 chasiss started from 93 'til 99.

look at the clear strip at the bottom, it is part of the lense on ebay, my 93 has one continuous strip not part of the tail lense

Yes, these should fit. Many people upgrade to these rear lenses if they have a 92-96 model W140. That is a great price too!

please buy them and let me know if they work. I don't see how they can ( at least not on my 600 ) Hopefully I'm wrong.

The lights will fit, but you will need to replace the strip that extends from one tailight to the other located below the trunk lid. The one from your 1993 will not fit with the newer lights.

i dont know if the 95-99 lights will fit. because if you look at the trunk lid on the 93, it has a sharp corner, but on the 95-99, the corner is rounded.
