1999 s500 w140
Help car won't start
i got this 1999 s500 from the auction and I'm having trouble,First the heater connector hose busted and it ran hot had to put in 2quarts of antifreeze and it still shows low ,the battery die i took the ground cable off and put my charger on it i reconnected it and now i just hear the starter spin and that's it no crank ,any help Im not that good with cars so im asking you guys who seem to know alot .thank you

can any body help me with this problem ,can you tell me what it might be i know it can be any thing but all i know is is that it won't start
