I'm looking for a good used Transmission for a 1990 - 1999 S 5000 in the Denver Metro area. Also if you know anyone that can install it would be a plus if you know the price would also help.

look on ebay then find a Mechanic
You will need to find a 722.6 transmission. This transmission was used on a bunch of different 90's model benzes. Try a junk yard or someone parting out their car that has this model transmission.
