1997 S420 Air Condition Question
Weird thing going on. Last week the air condition started making a strange noise on the passenger side (faint whining noise) then air quits blowing out of dash vents and blows out of defroster vents. Then it whines again and air starts blowing out of dash vents. This happens about every 3-4 minutes.
Any suggestions

check the fan regulator located inside the engine compartment near the fire wall of the passenger side.
