1998 S500 (W140) SRS Dash Light
My 1998 S500 had a stuck glove box latch that I was trying to open by using a small screw driver at the glove box latch while pushing in on the latch release. I finally got it to open but also put a small mark in the face of the Air Bag above the glove box, since then the SRS light won't go out.
Must I go to the Dealer to have this reset?

Have a mech check it out. My cl500 srs kitty came on, checked it and was told sensor with child seat, did not come on again. But check it out
