Jump starting
The W140 S320's battery ran out due to forgeting headlam switch on. But the trunk cannot open due to mechanic key stucked. How can we make jump starting with open engine lid? I don't find out any Positive and negative position to connect. Any man can show me?

I don't do things by the book.I'd jack front end up,crawl under car with jumper cable.Making shure key is on run position,and touc the postive cable to the starter positive connection until she started.
