W140 v8 coupe with jittery engine.
Hi to all, I recently replaced my battery in my 1995 s500 coupe (90,000 kms) because it was not starting regularly. Now when I start the engine, either in park, drive or reverse the engine feels jittery- as if its missing or going to stall. Car only gets driven once a month and has low kms. Also when I turn car of and try to restart I have no luck- it turns over but won't fire. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thankyou.

Hi Name Brand- I'm sure it's not the mounts- when I drive the car it is almost as if its not getting fuel and its loosing power to accelerate in a jerky way. A mechanic told me that if the battery is down then it can affect the fuel pump- but I don't know- its winter here in New Zealand so does not get driven but I hope I can get this sought end before the fine weather arrives- thanks for your feedback.
