S600 Starting Trouble

Hey guys, I just bought a 95 S600 and am trying to sort out some details. When I first got it I took it to the dealer to have them diagnose the reason it kept going into limp home mode. Got that sorted out and the car is running wonderfully - after it starts. While at the dealer a tech noticed starting trouble as they were finishing up with it. I had experienced it once before. When you turn the car to the start position it seems to click and the lights on the dash cycle at the same time. Like it might with a low battery. I have tested the battery and the starter. I believe they are both functioning correctly. The car sometimes will start within 5-6 seconds of hard clicking / turning over and other times it takes 3 or 4 times of attempted turning over for 10 seconds each or so. Any thoughts? I am very familiar with classic MB but this w140 is just too new for me. Before this my new car was my 73 280SE 4.5. I really don't want the pain of another dealer trip if I can figure this out.
