Electronic Actuator/throttle 98 S420
Any one knows the pin-out on this 6-pin socket and its specs? Took it out for cleaning and before putting back wish to check its specs. This unit, if defective can trigger "Limpe MOde" ?
The vehicle is in the "Limp Mode". Other issues are the tranny engage with a big "thump". bas/asr and the abs lights ON. Rear trunk lid Cannot open yet Not fully closed!!!??? Rear left passenger door does Not open either from inside or outside. Vehicle central locking via mechanical key works fine; all four doors "buttons" pop up and down. Gas cap panel works too. PSE busing happily.
Tranny valvebody removed, cleaned including electro contactor plate and installed. Error codes, if there is one, needed to be erased, now awaiting for code scanner to arrive. Tranny issues can cause this "Limp Mode"
Brake Assist System (BAS)/ASR: How to remove "travel sensor" at brake vacuum booster? Again, this can trigger "Limp Mode" ?
Does a failed PSE system cause "Limp Mode" ? What else does?
