Air/Fuel
I have a 94 S350D, I changed fuel screen in the tank and the main fuel filter and didn't fill fuel line coming from tank or filter and cranked the car. All was well when I first cranked it and then soon eng shut off and I cant get it started. I have checked and filter is full NOW and #s 5 & 6 injectors are getting fuel but not the rest and of course NO start. Please help, I'm new to diesels and will appreciate any help. Thank you.

Good news
I found out that these Mercedes are a breed Apart... I was informed that the starters on theses Diesels are bullet proof unlike the American Auto makers starters which WILL BURN UP if cranked excessively (more than 30sec at a time). All I needed to do is continue cranking the engine till it started, which by the way killed the Batt over and over again, between charges . Thanks for viewing. Car will live a while longer
