Where to find springs for cheap? eibach or H&R

Where to find springs for cheap? eibach or H&R
hey guys, I wanted to know if any of yall have found out a place to find springs for cheap. H&R's go for $320 retail, i found eibachs new for $230. are there any chaeper places to find these two springs?
Which is better?
I've heard H&R is harsher but slightly better handling, eibach is softer but still provides comperable handling but is still not as good as H&R. are these rumors true or not?
Also does ANYONE understand this spring pad system. What pad # do W140's have? I heard #4 but can't verify. What is the shortest spring pad... #1? i hear it is possible to get almost a half inch from the spring pads alone.
