1995 Renntech S74 600 HP Question
I need some help getting a rough estimate of the value of my Renntech-modified S600. I'm supposed to have a discussion with someone on Wednesday about it and need to have some idea of it's value for that meeting.
In 2000, it had the works done on it by Renntech. For pics and other info, go to thumbcodes.com and enter code W7XDA.
It's not perfect. There are some body blemishes and the typical nickle and dime issues that most W140s would have at this age. And, no. I'm not trying to sell it on this forum. Already have a buyer. Just having difficulty determining its value. Actually, not needing the specific value of this car in its present condition, but one that had no issues and perhaps fresh paint. This way, I could back down from that number based on the issues this one has.
How do you go about putting a value on something like this? It's rare to see even one show up in the market in a year. An SL74 was auctioned off within the last year, a 575 HP version, for about $47k.
There doesn't seem to be a Renntech forum here. Maybe if someone knows of one elsewhere, that might be helpful.
