I'm sorry if this comes off as a rookie question I'm 24 and just bought a 95 s500 I did alot of research and know the windows come double paned but the guy I bought it from says it came from Lebanon and is supposedly bullet proof. I can't find any specific way of knowing or not any input would be appreciated.
Double paned windows are designed to deaden the outside sounds such as road noise and noise from other vehicles. In order for your windows to be bulletproof they would need to be installed in custom doors designed to accommodate glass panes that are about one inch thick. The installer would also certify them as to level of projectile resistance.
