Lexus engine from is250 to w140s

I want to fit a lexus engine in a W140 for reliability and don't want any draw backs of a old car?

Is it possible within a reasonable amount of time/ money?

Interestingly, I was thinking of doing the same thing with my Kubota tractor, so I am hoping you get some good guidance here...

of course, putting a new motor with different electronics, trans, all fittings, etc. should also cure all of the other chassis and electrical concerns as well.
