extremely noisy b-pillars

so i have some extremely noisy b-pillars on both sides. just touching them while the car is stationary makes them creak. it is driving me crazy! i also have a noisy/creaking armrest... anyone know how to quite this creaking down? a $80,000 should NOT creak like this =(

b pillars just pop off, strong spring clips. try some silicone spray behind them? careful not to get it on the fabric though...

ditto armrest - but also check all the screws are tight...

anyone have a diagram of where the clips are? i dont' want to pull the pillar off and break it.

also what screws would need to be tightened for the armrest?

looks like the b pilar is held on with a screw in the hook thing...?
