1995 W140 S320 starter lockout relay

Does anybody know where the starter lockout relay is located for a 95 S320? I have seen its on the left hand side of the tunnel by accelerator pedal, but I pulled back the carpet, and it's not there.

If not there,maybe behind fuse box.You remove the whole top off fuse box.
