I have an opportunity to buy a 1995 s600 for an amazing price of 500.00 dollars, the car has been sitting for years and won't run according to the owner. It's a one owner car, not sure of much other than that... should I risk it? There's a good chance it only needs minor repairs.

If buying for parts YES!!! Can't beat the price for parts and you will make money

If you have the budget to repair 3k to get it running then go for it, but this may not make it drivable!! A good starting point for a money pit

if you plan this as a project car and will restore to original condition and price is no object YES!! Can be enjoyable but you will never get your money back but you will be happy

Remember, A cheap Benz is never a cheap benz, but there are always exceptions to the rule.

Good Luck!
