95 S320 leaking coolant from back of motor

Folks...

This one is a new one for me. Granted I don't have a lot of experience with the venerable 3.2L M104, but my wife experienced an over4heat this morning. She got it shut off before it got too hot and I don't think there is any significant damage, but upon inspection the car is dry in the front. At first I figured hose or thermostat, but nothing. And the car had nearly ZERO fluid in it.

So I poured in 3.5 gallons of fluid and saw it pouring out of the back of the engine. Can someone point me in the right direction as to what I should be looking at?

Thanks!
