1990 300SE Question
I was curious if anyone could point me to a site or enlighten me on any known issues with a 1990 300SE. The reason I am asking is my father has found one for sale with around 120k miles on it. He is considering maybe getting it though is kind of uncertain on what its value should be and what to look out for on it.

The 300SE is a great car for the most part. Good on gas, easy to service 3.0L six, S-Class sytling. The headaches would be similar to what you would experience with a 300E, leaking head gasket, hard starting at times, etc. You might get more responses to this post if you had it moved to the W126 forum, since the 1990 model was a 126.
