W140 300SE

So far after my s600 been totaled on red light stop by sutpid teenage driver i've got myself another W140 300SE with M104 motor. My initial thought were to swap whole interior with 300SD i have, however it turned out garage kept car with 130k miles only on it with pristine interior. Now i want your opinion on following matter - should i spend some time on fixing small things like clear coat and so on but keep original motor (which is not much just 3.2) or rebuild motor to a 1000HP?

That's subjective. On that car I'd be inclined to fix the cosmetic issues. I don't see many these days and when I do they look outstanding.
