Mystery Instrument Cluster 1405408747

I have a W140 instrument cluster in my shop that I cannot find what W140 model it belongs to.....other than it is a metric speedo.
The part number doesn't cross to any W140 chassis.... AND... the RPM red line is 6700 / 8000. I've checked S320 / 400 / 420/ 500 and 600 plus turbo diesels and none of them have red lines that are that high.
Can't find it listed in the EPC either.
It's a real mystery!
Anybody know what car this is from?
Thanks

If you had read my thread starter you would have seen.... I ALREADY LOOKED ON THE EPC !
Try nice instead of nasty....it's a good look for most people.
Be sure to wear a mask and get vaccinated.
