1995 W140 Vacuum Pump Fuse
Trying to locate the fuse for the door lock vacuum pump on my 1995 W140 S500……..door locks, truck handle, back up guides, do not work………soft close pump for doors works………door lock vacuum pump under right rear seat does not run……….has all indications of a blown or corroded fuse…….

I located the fuses and all tested good……….locking system still dead as a hammer……….next looking at testing motor in door lock vacuum pump ……..

I recall the locking pump would occasionally blow off the hose internally in the pump assembly. May be worth checking. Remove the PSE(pump) and split the case. It will be obvious i this happened. I remember the hose being reddish in color coming from the pump. It's been many years so take that for what it's worth
