I need help picking my new W140
I am buying my first W140 and I needed some help.. i am stuck between 2 cars.
1- W140 1997 (8200$) VIN: WDB1400321A313993
-I like this car because it has all the options but its transmission is 722.508 and everyone is telling me to stay away from this transmission and also when i checked under the hood, it had some leaks on the engine (reference: https://i.ibb.co/jyhcN2Q/IMG-8257.jpg ).
2- W140 1996 (6100$) VIN: WDB1400331A308448
-This car is good but it is missing the Parktronic and heated seats and it has the old transmission of 4 speeds only (722.371) , but it has a much better price
I can use all the help i can get.

I would pick #1 because of 2 reasons: it's the long version and the rear seats recline. I've attached the Last VIN report (lastvin.com)
