W140 Rear View Mirror Compatibility
I have a 1997 S500 and I’m wondering can 1991-1996 model years mirrors work ? Also can 1998-1999 model year mirrors work ?

I know the 1996-1999 model years don’t have powered rear view mirrors anymore. the 1991-1995 have two connectors opposed to the 1996-1999 only having one connector which I believe is for the self dimming/home link.

Please help!
