HELP...Rear Brakes Won't Bleed.

I am having a problem with my '92 W140 300SE after changing rusted/busted brake lines and replacing a front caliper.

Now, after the attempts of 3 different mechanics the rear brakes will still not bleed and the pedal is nearly on the floor.

How exactly can I get this problem solved?

Thanks

How do they NOT BLEED?
No air comes out?
no fluid comes out?
DO pistons move out when pedal pressed?
Any signs of brake fluid anywhere from a leak?

Anyone check master cylinder is still good?

ABS back then?
