1993 W140 - Repair to sell or sell as is?

My 1993 400SEL was in an accident (other driver deemed 100% at fault) and determined to be a total loss here in California. The other person's insurance had a max coverage of $10k and they valued the car at $13k, so they paid me out and let me keep the car. I'm trying to decide whether to get it repaired (and if so, where would you recommend? I'm in Long Beach, CA and can get it towed up to 100k miles) and then sell it, or sell it as is (where would be a good place to sell?). Because insurance deemed it a total loss, it'll need to be registered with a salvage title.

It only had 51k miles, always garage kept, mint condition interior, all service records kept, everything worked.

I was going straight on a main 3-lane road (on lane closest to sidewalk) and someone coming the opposite way turned left into me (there was no light, it’s a yield on left turn to small residential street). Apparently they didn’t see me going straight and collided into my front driver side, sending the car onto the sidewalk directly into a light pole. Airbags were not deployed. It can still turn on.

It was one of my late father's, who was a "car guy" in every sense of the word. I am no such thing and have already purchased a replacement with more safety features that better suits my needs. Because of this I'm not interested in keeping it for myself; I'm looking to sell it either repaired or as is to someone who would love the car as much as my dad did.

So my questions are:
  • Should I get it repaired and then sell it? If so, where would you recommend that's in Southern California?
  • Should I sell it as is? If so, where would be a good place to sell it? I'm open to both online or in person.

gonna cost a fortune to fix due to part scarcity.
You will end up digging in junk yards finding panels you need and other things

I would pass and see if you canjust find a used one?
