there,

I’ve got an issue with my 1992 W140. I recently installed a working sunroof assembly — the motor is fine, and the entire mechanism is in good condition. However, the sunroof doesn’t operate when I press the open or close switch; I can only hear a clicking sound coming from the motor. All the wiring and fuses seem to be fine. I’m starting to suspect that the sunroof control switch might be the problem.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

check for voltage at motor when you depress switch.
