What do I need to do at 100k?
As some of you know I'm planning to buy a w140 with 90k. What do I need to do the car when it reaches 100k? How much should I expect to pay when the car gets serviced?
Another question does the "B" tramission service entail? I am clueless! Thanks for your help in advance!

100k tune up a must
Once your car reaches 100k, I would get a complete tune-up which include spark plugs, new V belt, fluid changes ex. brake, oil, steering also I would have the ac unit check they are known to have problems. You do have a timing chain that's in the engine. I changed mine at 150k and if done right it is well worth the money. Mine drive new as the day I bought it. I have a 1996 S500. Keep your records as well it will increase your value if you ever want to sell the car.

Yea make sure the a\c is working properly the 140 is known to have evap. probs. 4,000 dollars to repair. Other than that your regular 100k maintenence should consist of spark plugs, filter change, injector cleaning, fuel filter replace and maybe a trans flush if your service advisor recommens it, because the trans supposely is sealed. I think its bs because every moving part should be regularly lubed.
