What's up with this market? Whats the true value of these cars and why does it appear to be dropping so much? The new S-class that was announced?

I also think your asking price is higer then market value. Since you have every option except Distronic I would say most you could get realisticly is no more then 55,000. I just bought my 02 S55 with 46,000 miles on it with phone and side sunshades as the only options for 53 thousand.

FWIW...and good luck selling your S55...very clean car you got there

I had the chance to purchase a Certified Preowned 2002 27,000 miles s55 with all options, warranty until 2008 for 52.5k at David Micheals Mercedes.
