Introducing myself and asking advice...
10/10/05 - Bought an '01 MB S500 w/ 32K mi. w/ clean CarFax report for $39K OTD (I thought this was a good price). Recently, I tinted the windows 35% this past weekend and I'm waiting for these 2-pc. split 5-spoke MB wheels w/ Toyo T1-R tires to be shipped to my house. Front: 19x8.5, 245/40 & Rear: 19x9.5, 275/35. I'll post a pic once they're installed.
Other than tinting and wheels/tires, my only other mod I'm thinking about is lowering my suspension. I've seen the brand Brabus mentioned in some posts. Is this better than the one Eibach sells (see link)? Brabus sounds better, but more $$$$. Any other recommendations for improving suspension like sway bars, etc?? This is my 1st MB ever (previously owned BMW 540i & Audi A6 2.7T). So, any advice is greatly appreciated. TIA.

I found this link. It's a sale price for Brabus Lowering Module + front & rear sway bars for $1695. Anyone order this before or know someone who has?

But if I do sell it, I'm going back to a sporty, mid-size sedan like an E500 4matic or an Audi A6 w/ Quattro.
