Squeaking drivers seat

Hi all

My drivers seat is making a lot of squeaking sounds. When I obtained the vehicle, it had a few squeaks in the seat but over time, combined with my weight, it has got worse.

Are there any areas I can 'fix' to prevent this annoying squeaking.

It sounds part, leather rub and part plastic etc.
