Front Drivers side Wheel Brake Noise!!!

2005 Mercedes S600 Brabus Package
Front Drivers side Wheel Brake Noise!!!
Have a 05 s600 and the front drivers side has some type of noise best described as a small object scraping the front brake rotor. I took it to the dealer and they quickly adjusted something that was touching the rotor and said that this was common sometimes. Well after a couple weeks it started making the noise again, it comes and goes. Anyone have the same issue?

My S500 had something simillar to that noise from the driver side and it had been in the shop since Friday. Just got it back this morning and they replaced my front control arms with the ball joints which for now I can say took care of the noise. It may or maynot be the same for you since you car newer.
