Bi-xenon Fogged!!

Well washed the ride today and found out that the passenger side light has fogged up inside the lower front area of the glass?! I tried leaving the lights on for a couple of minutes to see if it would evaporate, but ended up leaving it out in the sun to clear up!!?! Anybody know what could cause this and what preventative methods I can use to solve this problem? Thanks for any input you can provide.

causes:

1) water entry directly into housing,

2) induced: moist air meets cold surface.

solution:

1) seal headlight at point(s) of water entry

2) better ventilation, pref with warmer/dryer air or warm surface

Are your lights OEM?

Should I just reseal the whole housing all the way around?

I keep it garaged!

I believe so, but have to double check again
