How to check if the airmatic relay has failed
Hi, is anyone know how do I check if the relay for the Airmatic has failed. I have been experience some problems with my Airmatic and would like to see if it's just the relay is causing the problem.

Take it in for service.
I just had the Airmatic repaired on our 2000 S-Class. The whole suspension just simply collapsed. Car kept getting lower and lower everyday until I got the red "Stop, Car too low" message on the readout.
Repair cost me approx.$ 700 for a new pump, relay and fuse. My svc advisor cut me a break since my extended warranty just expired by 500 miles.
Better to bring it in now before it gets much worse.

One of the problems he found was the relay was "burning, getting ready to go."
Thankfully for him, he replaced the relays under warranty, along with a new amp, and new antenna? for the homelink because the range was extremely weak.
