A week ago I had a rebuilt transmission from the dealership placed on my 2000 S 430. Since I got it back I feel a kick when the vehicle shifts from 1st to 2nd gear. However, everything else seems fine. Do you guys have any suggestions? The mechanic said the transmission has to be synchronized, I really do not trust these guys. Please help!!

 

they may just need to perform the shift adaptations to the control unit. They should be taking care of you w/o charging extra.
