Washer Fluid Leak

Recently purchased a 2000 s430. My friend decides to press every button, of them the headlamp washers. After depressing the button, all of the fluid ends up in the parking lot. I refilled it, and it seems that all of the fluid goes out onto the curb soon after I fill it up. Anyone have any idea where the problem is?
Thanks!

Check the fluid lines from the bottom of the washer tank to the pop-ups themselves. Likely that a line has come off or has split.

Also, check the pop-up washers themselves; the heads have been known to separate.

yup, same thing skylaw said and also depending on the area of the spilliage, it could also be the washer tank grommet.

same here....

I just fixed mine 2 weeks ago... I replaced both left and right headlight washer "T" heads. You can't buy just the nozzle thats why, $30 a piece. I also replaced the grommets which is like a couple of dollars then I also replace the windshield washer pump...slow leak there...thanks to all the help from dtxmob.
